where do you put the tftpboot/rpm directory at?????


Hi.. I'm trying to install a Oscar cluster and it says to copy the RPMS to the /tftpboot/rpm directory. WHERE do I make this directory at???????

wherever you have told tftp to boot from... /tftpboot would be the netowrked / directory.

please don't take this the wrong way... but you really should understand that if you've got that far... do you know what tftp is?

I know it has something to do with booting up a machine with PXE and pulling an image.

PXE Booting

When you boot via PXE using a bootstrap image, any files it references should been in the same folder as the Bootstrap image.
