Where can one find the man binary/package

This sounds odd, but I have a mobile device that has it all except /bin/man

Since my device might be slightly different; where could I get a copy of "man" as source code? (So I can compile and install it).
OR where could I find it already as a package?

"apt-get install man" is not working.

I skirted around telling you of the OS because it is an iPod touch .
So it looks like I'm back to google...
