Where can I get more "sources" for my apt-get thing and my arch pacman?

kind of like this
/etc/apt/sources.list

And you put things like this in them
deb http://archive.getdeb.net/ubuntu/ precise-getdeb apps

If you guys could school me on this, that would be great!

Let me get this straight.
You are running Arch Linux?
You're used to doing things the Debian/Ubuntu/Mint way and you want to know how to expand your repository in Arch. Is this right?
