where can i get a free program to burn isos in winxp so i can burn a distro?
 
i need a free program to burn ISOs in winxp so i can burn a linux distribution because i'm trying to get a feel for a few different distributions and all i have is red hat that i bought,well thats all i guess thanks

Try Alchol 120%, its not free but it has a trial like 20days.
Long enough to burn linux :D.
And good choice beginning with linux;)

I like ISO Recorder. It allows the CD writing capability of WinXP to work with ISOs as well. It can be found here: http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/isorecorder.htm. It also has no expiration...http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/isorecorder.htm

I've always liked CDRWIN from http://www.goldenhawk.com/

Without paying, everything is locked at 1X speed, but I don't mind that.

It makes pure duplicate copies of audio CDs, and it burns ISOs.

I've been surprised it's not more popular.
