Question Where can I find the "patch" executable ?

Hi all,

I was curious if there was some URL I could download the executable "patch" for Linux at?

extra info: Unfortunately it's not on the web server, but I'm looking for this patch executable so I can update the phpBB bulletin board (like this one on LQ) from 2.0.6 to 2.0.7. The first step was to telnet in and type patch -cl -d [PHPBB DIRECTORY] -p1 < [PATCH NAME] (obviously replacing the directory & patch name)

Thanks so much!

Thanks

Not to be too much of a pain in the neck (sorry!) Since I have very limited access on this system and don't have a compiler, (not to mention I'm probably too much of a newbie for this newbie Q forum and wouldn't really know how to anyway)....it's amazing I got this far! .... would you know of a single "patch" executable file already compiled that's out there? (I have a strange feeling there's no such thing.)

Thanks again,
cg
