Where are my GBs?

I recently began to wonder about my hard drive's contents. Yast shows that I have 40GB of stuff on my HD, which greatly puzzled me, since I've been trying to keep the system pretty small. All my movies and other large files are on another drive. When I add up all the folders at /, I only find about 15GB or so. Now, where could the other 25GB hide?

The disk is 80GB, you have used 41GB, you have 51% or 40GB left

Yep, I got that, but still I wonder about the 25 GB that are in use but I have no idea why. I can only find 15GBs worth of files, hidden files included.

How are you counting up the size of all your files?

I go to / with Konqueror, right-click all the folders one by one and choose properties. There is a button labeled "calculate", which gives me the size of the folder's contents.
