Angry When right/left clicking for a context menu to appear, it display a pitch black menu

I am using fedora 19 as per subject specification from my college and I have encountered this problem: say am googling for something in a browser, when I right-click on a link to open it in another page the context menu display in black, no words no nothing just a black small window.This happens whether you're in libre Office or just clicking at any icon on the desktop. To stop this weird act, I used to restart the computer then it's gone!

So I am not sure if I am the cause of this because sometimes I had thought that maybe I have clicked on some button or something not knowing that it would cause this blackness. Anyone who has an idea of what is happening with my pc/linux, I would appreciate any response

Are you using KDE? Play with settings in "Desktop Effects" / "Advanced". Check that you have latest drivers for your video card and try switching between proprietary and open source (if you can of course).

@eSelix
Thanks for your response.
I am using GNOME. And for my video card I have this: "00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 82G33/G31 Express Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 10)"
But I am not sure how to check if it's of the latest version.

Sorry, I don't known GNOME. About video card drivers, you can check used driver by command
Code:
lspci -v
You can also show here contents of /var/log/Xorg.0.log
