For this you have to directly contact the institute who conducts the exams for RHCE. And there are various institutes in Tamil Nadu conducting RHCE exams, depends on them when are they conducting the exam. You have to be in regular contact with them.

And for your kind information this is not the place to ask such questions here.

I know, that's pretty obvious. it's also pretty obvious we aren't a redhat certified exam center.

What have you tried at your own level for installing vmware on RHEL 6 ? First use Google, it will respond you within an instant with some good helpful links. Then after that if you face any issue in installing vmware then come here with a new thread which might get some responses..
