when i change the file /etc/sysconfig/i18n,my desktop doesn't work!


Hi,all:
Now I have a problem , when i want to change my CentOS 6.2 system character set from "zh_CN.UTF-8" to "zh_CN.GB18030" ,i change the file /etc/sysconfig/i18n like this : LANG="zh_CN.GB18030" . But , when i reboot my computer, my desktop disappeared.

where is the problem?and how can i resolve it ?
