What Software To Use for Cloning FreeBSD 5.3 Raid Disk to Ubuntu 6.10 120GB Sata

Sort of newbie to linux in general but have been running and poorly administering a FreeBSD 5.3 mail server using sendmail.

Our agency wishes to go with a different OS for the mail server but has asked me to move the server over to a lesser box and keep our mail there working until all issues which will arise are sorted out. They are going to go to Exchange....

I wish to clone the Raid array in the FreeBSD 5.3 box over to this other box which has a 120GB sata drive, but being such a noob I have been having trouble locating a disk cloning program which will do this and also have truly no idea how to configure it for my needs.

(do I move the raid array into the new lesser box and run the cloning)
Or
(do I move the sata drive into the existing box and run the clone)
?

Current systems online are as follows:
FreeBSD 5.3
Raid array
Sendmail with approx. 120 user accounts
Webmin interface.
(this box is used solely for serving mail, has a static IP and runs no other server activities)

Ubuntu 6.10
120GB sata drive
Webmin interface
(this box is a test system which I attempted to manually move the sendmail program to by installing and importing all the user information and mail, but failed miserably at. I do not mind cloning the existing FreeBSD server to this if it can be done.)

Thanks a bunch to all who read and reply.

The true noob.
