What software is on my Mac OS X computer / network?

My employer gave me a work laptop (mac osx 10.7.3) as I work virtually -

all of my files / pics / word docs are syncing. (and now my phone also)

files were continuosly being moved/deleted/added to computers which were unplugged and turned off. - but specifically files related to my company.

Now tons of random tracking apps and wifi/ vnc / cloud apps have been added to my phone.

I need to understand what is on my computer/network

some of these I list directly from my computer others are on the admin database I access from my computer.

Welcome to LQ, hope you like it here.

Not knowing what software is installed does not automagically equal your server being "cracked": you simply want to know what software is installed. Start by checking the Apple web site support section for the manuals for your product as they will list the applications that come installed with OS X / IOS. Then check the Apple store for other product names. Additionally use your favorite search engine as CUPS, SSHd, SNMP ("trap receiver"), TWAIN, OpenGL and Apache are commonly used technology / application identifiers.
