there is no such incomprehensibly thing like registry in Linux. The configuration files for Linux software is normally located in /etc. User specific configuration files are normally located in users home directory in a subdirectory or file beginning with a . bro there is no registry in linux,
do u know what registry is ?? It's universal hierarchial configuration store, windows do this by registry, but in linux GConf is used to do the same |
