What is rhelblq?
Do you mean these kernel parameters?

yes, seems like them, but rhelblq is not in the reference, rhelblq=1 is a question in RHEL exam, but don't know what this means

All the references google returns (except this) are in hanyu. Anything not recognised by the boot-loader or kernel as paramaters are passed to the initscripts - check there.

Yes, it's a question in China RHCE test, so you got it in hanyu. Is it possible this parameter means nothing, and we can pass any string(key=value) to kernel, no matter if it's meaningful or not, and kerkel allows this? Thanks.
