Ok, check your /etc/apt/sources file, it appears that it is looking for the jaunty cd-rom which appears not to be in the dc-rom drive and it cannot access the packages on the CD/DVD COmmenting out the CD/DVD line in the /etc/apt/sources.list file should take care of the CD-Rom error.

As far as the other issue goes it may be related to the CD-rom issue, but if it is not, then basically it's complaining about a security issue, there is no public key identifying that source as authentic. If you know the site is safe you can disregard or do a google search and see if you can find how to get the public key for that site.

YOu will need to use sudo to edit and save the apt sources file. When you are done editing the sources file run the apt-get update command using sudo and you will hopefully not see the error again.
