What is your favorite terminal emulator?

Just curious. I have mostly been using the stock one with gnome. I tried Terminator for a while but I actually didn't like it as much.

Hi,

I've been using roxterm (GTK3 version) for a number of years and have been quite happy with it. It's quite customizable: I disable the menu and the visible scroll bar and don't make use of the tabs.

In the past I used to use gnome-terminal, i.e. stock one which comes with gnome.
There is also xfce4-terminal, in XFCE.
Both are good in uses, since they allow me to open new terminals and tabs in existing working directory.
Hence I find them very useful.

I also like KDE Konsole, it is also featureful and allow to open file manager, new tabs, terminals in current working directory.

Code:
c@CW9:~$ echo $TERM
rxvt-unicode
On my desktop that would be the later 256 colour version.

rxvt-unicode in client/server configuration, light on resources, very configurable, does exactly what I want.
