Question What is Trustix Linux?

I used to play around with RedHat Linux way back before they become public. That was a long time ago. I recently added Enterprise Linux 6 to network, after so many years I feel like I never used Linux before. Forgive me if I ask stupid questions. I heard of trustix is the most secure Linux. What is Trustix Linux? Is it a separate tool or is it a separate Linux operating system? How can it be used in conjunction with RedHat Linux?

Thanks,
jjupiter55

I do not know about most secure but Trustix Secure Linux was a separate distribution based on Redhat intended for use on servers and focused on security and stability. It was discontinued in 2007. Although the wikipedia page mentions that it is still maintained by a group in India there is no source to back up this claim.

as far as "secure" ????
any distro can be made very INsecure

but

RHEL6.5 with SELinux set to "enforcing" is VERY secure
just BUY the required support contract and keep it up to date

or
install the FREE rebuild " CentOS 6.5 "

but also keep in mind RHEL/CentOS/SL are GREAT for the server and office and laboratory
they are not so good as a "everyday general purpose computer OS "

i run ScientificLinux 6.4 BUT DO NOT !!! use it as my home computer OS
for that is use OpenSUSE .
