Debian has OpenOffice.org, yes. Just use Synaptic to do a search for it and install it.

The package name is openoffice.org. You can install it using Synaptic, or you can use the command line program aptitude (as root, or using sudo if you have it configured):
Code:
sudo aptitude install openoffice.org
