what is TCP_HIT and TCP_MISS in squid log file ?


Hi,
I am running squid 2.6 In the
Code:
#tail -f /var/log/squid/access.log
i can see
TCP_HIT/200
TCP_REFRESH_HIT/200
TCP_MISS/200

Kindly guide me about it what mean by TCP_HIT,TCP_REFRESH_HIT and TCP/MISS ?
