What is "Red Hat Enterprise MRG"

looking fomr some info on kernelcrash and found guides on "Red Hat Enterprise MRG". So, what do these terms mean in RHEL:

Realtime (Installation)
MRG (Red Hat Enterprise MRG)
GRID (Installation)
Messaging (Installation)
