What is Lnx4win

Iam new in Mandrake linux9.The hard disk which iam using is 10 Gb with one partion C Drive & it has windows98 operating system in it. I read the Mandrake Linux manual & according to i can install linux on same hard disk without making partion.
Now can can u guide me that durning installation (At start) if i F1 & trye Lnx4win
will it keep both windows and linux perating ?
