no I have no additional services attached to the phone. All I did was upgrade to 10.0, nothing else has changed

That's quite odd -- try pinging one of these sites on the command line and see if you notice any oddities like absurd number of dropped packets. Is the time you have to wait always pretty consistent? If so, it may be a DNS timeout but I wouldn't expect that to happen on an HTTP connection that actually gets to opening the remote site.

I dont know how to ping but I noticed someone in the network section has the same problem with a cable modem. It may be a browser problem
