what is a good simple *cough* windows-like dialer program?

is there a nice gui dialer for the desktop with options to not reconnect on disconnection and to just dial with a double click?
is there any program out there like this available?
im using mandrake 10 by the way.

I've not used Mandrake since 9.1, but I'm sure 10 will have kppp - it's part of the kde networking packages. Should be just what you're looking for.
