Just a thought . . . I'm not sure because Im just too damn lazy to look, but maybe someone knows. Could you format a partition iso9660? Moving mp3's or whatever to it and having it as a huge virtual cdrw? Don't know if there are tools to do so, but that would be a nice addition. I know in windoze, you can make virtual cd's. Why not in linux? And why does a cdrw have to be 700m?

i do not think u can go for iso9660 type of partitooon on ur harddisk

i saw the partiton types in the fdisk this was the output there

so i do not think u have support for iso9660 for ur partiton

I guess what I mean is, why couldnt you take a blank partition or disk and do a mkisofs on it and then mount it in linux as a loopback fs? Wouldnt windows see it as well?
