What else I can do with samba server?

I did these two things------

1.created two users ,allowed one write permission and second read permission; then upload files by user who has write permission.

2.in windows at run i typed //ip address/common(shared folder)/
and then after entering name and password I uploaded data into shared directory.

I want use samba for more things, what else can I do with samba?
