What does "T" mean for file permissions?

In our tech environment, I want to chmod all files and folders in a ORACLE_HOME directory to 750 to see how our environment will react. However, before I do this, I have one directory that is set to:

drwxr-x--T 3 oracle oinstall 4096 Apr 8 14:05 log

I would like to know what the "T" is doing and how to change it back to "T" if I need to.
