OpenSPC--OpenSPC--cannot execute binaries
This is a simple Linux question. Enough info should be available if you hunt for OpenSPC on Google. I found some. I don't see how it'd affect it, but here goes.
HP Pavilion 743c--P4 2.4GHz, 512MB Ram
80GB IDE HDD that has failed twice, but continues to work.
a voided warranty, as caused by the hard disk failure--the first time.
Using Gnome by default
WinXP on disk as well, but only used for going online.
I have added a anti-blank command to the /etc/profile--setterm -blank 0
I mostly run as user, but I often su to root, or log in as root.
Made a RPM download, file not found when execute rpm -i rpmname.rpm though ls shows it.
I have redownloaded the file.
WHAT THIS SOFTWARE DOES: It plays SPC music taken from SuperNES games (I have) and plays the songs. Sometimes it's an XMMS plugin like the RPM I found on pbone.net. The binary is supposed to be a standalone app. I got it off of Zophar's domain, but he has nothing on it and the download is actually Sourceforge of Japan (and I don't know Japanese). ...or maybe that was a Google as well.
Anyway, I got one of them from Zophar's Domain
