what do i need to watch streaming videos?


what do i need to download to watch streaming videos? sometimes i can get 1 0r 2 to play..but when they do its always choppy, only shows the bigging and freezes but continues to play sound. what do i need to get so they i can watch them and where they are smooth and work great?

Sounds like a network latency issue. What kind of throughput are you getting.
