What are the steps to and Procedure to follow for securing Linux Server???

Can any one help me out in this regards???

You're expecting someone to telephone you???? Are you mad?

There are LOTS of steps, it totally depends what you want to actually achieve. If there was only one way to secure it, it would be like that by default. First, work out what you want, then ask us *SPECIFIC* questions.

Exactly what portion do you want to secure? What is the server doing? Where is it located? What applications will run on it? What software versions are you running? What operating system? What kind of hardware do you have? What kind of network hardware do you have?

Etc. Etc.

Please be more specific if you want a good answer.
