What are proper entitlements/setup for RHEL equivilent for Microsoft Load balancing

i'm setting up an environment that will serve http requests. I don't beleive we need shared storage. I'd also want this to scale w/ added load. In Microsoftland, i'd design a NLB. What's the equivilant for RHEL? Also what entitlements would i need to support this?
