What's the difference between 'su' and 'su -'
I'm not exactly a newbie, but I thought this was a newbie question.
The only difference I can see is that 'su -' places me in the root directory as opposed to leaving me in the directory from which I executed the command.
If there are related considerations, I'd appreciate enlightenment.
