weird thing...
 

Hi everyone!

I just got this *little* problem, here it goes.

I'm in the middle of an X session (Gnome) and by *holy* means, my mouse fails (this isn't a normal failure. I'll TRY to explain this in as simple as I can: when you "click & drag" you get a dotted box appearing from the point of the cursor; well, when I have this freakin' bug (?), the dotted box appears away form the cursor).

Care to help me??

The only thing I can think of is an hardware bug. What card do you have? Try to turn of hardware cursor acceleration.

Cursor what?

i would say to do a ]# XConfigurator and let the PCI pickup ur mouse and reconfigure the settings.

that's just my opinionion, i could be wrong
