weird message
well I got this problem out of nowhere this window appears and I have no idea what does it mean something overheating?

Well...It looks that both of your processors are too hot.

i just checked the temperature at the bios and is 52c what is the average temperature the cpu should be running on?

Not a Mandriva user but I am guessing lmsensors is being used here.
Run the command ' sensors '. See what it outputs. Notice the limits it shows. Now more than likely if it is showing higher tempertures than the bios is showing then the /etc/sensors.conf file needs to be tweak to match your machine better. Hope this helps. Brian1 |
lmsensors is that an applciation you isntall or is it supposed to come with the system?
i tried using sensors command and nothing shows up but thanks for trying to help |
