Website blocking w/ SUSE 9.3/KDE based on groups

I have a niece and nephew that are both children. I would like them to use the internet if they would want to, but I would like to know if there is a way I could prevent them visiting certain sites without it affecting the adult users of the PC.

I have created a user group called child, and was hoping to use that as a basis telling the OS who to block what web sites. Is this possible with using Novell SuSE Linux 9.3 with KDE. The system is connected to the Internet with router, and static IP - SDSL connection.

Thank you for your time.
Frank

you would need to install and configure a proxy server.
check out: squid
