webcam and audio is not working on Gyachi, help me fix this problem


i just installed gyachi and when i click the camera (chicony USB 2) the message said "an error occurred at "ioctl VIDIOPICT" could not set camera properties, then i click also the voice chat, that there are missing properties like this: tsd32 dll and tssoft.acm
