I am in need of some help I just cant seem to get it to work.
I have setup a Kickstart system that allows me to install Linux I have got it working on the windows server 2008 side so the kickstart menu comes up and if the user would like to install windows they select the Windows deployment option and the pxemenu entry will go to the wds server, if they wish to install linux then the pxelinux menu entry will then pxechain to the Linux kickstart server.
the problem that i am having is being able to add the wds server ip address to the linux kickstart pxelinux menu.
Sorry I am trying to understand this, you want the Windows WDS menu, in the Kickstart pxe boot Menu?
Like an option that says Windows Server 2008, next to the other Linux Machine kick-start options, and you could choose the Windows Flavour and it would connect you to the remote Windows WDS and install Windows?
I have never heard of such a thing with Kickstart, let alone if this is possible..

Hi guys many thanks for your time in responding to my question. @gdizzle yes you are correct I am not sure how to do this.
@jefro many thanks for posting the link but sadly it does not work
sedna06 You can't perform windows installation through kickstart but you can perform linux installation through WDS server.
The link posted by jfro is the right and tested solution by me and I have installed Thousands of Linux and Windows machines
If you need my help I can do setup this for you online free of cost.
Do let me know if you need to understand this solution.
