WD MyWorldBook can't join the domain AD Win2003, how to use linux?

Hi,

I have network Disk WD MyWorldBook 1 To, and i try to join it to my domain AD windows server 2003, but always it say ' unable to joind the domain '.

I search on the net and the community of WD hard and network disk but nothink can help me, (see the problem in the community here)

I have an idea but i can't do it by myself alone, so please help me.

The system of the Network disk is UNIX, so i can mount it or acceed using FTP or SSH, is it possible to edit some files like /etc/network/interfaces , /etc/networking , /etc/defauls/smb ... to let this disk join the domain.?

Thanks for the support.
