Want to install redhat 7.3 on second harddrive
 
I have a second harddrive sitting around and would like to put Red Hat 7.3 on it but am unsure how to boot from that drive once it is installed. Can I do it from a boot disk or is there a simpler way to switch between harddrives?

Put the drive in, boot the install cd. Install the bootloader to the mbr the setup will guide you to dual booting by default.
