want help in putty tunneling

Hi,
I have 3 systems.
System a IP = a.a.a.a (my local system)
System b IP = b.b.b.b (server 1)
System c IP = c.c.c.c (server 2)

I have direct connectivity to server 1 from my local system. and Server 1 and server 2 having direct connectivity.

If I want to connect server 2(c.c.c.c), I have to 1st ssh to server-1 and then from there ssh to server-2.
My-System --> Server-1 --> Server2

I heard that I can directly connect to server-2 once I configure tunell in Putty.

So can anyone help me the steps to do the same.
