want fedora screensavers, but not on net

I just switched one of my computers from windows to linux and the installation was all good. Now I want my screen savers, but I am not connected to the internet on that computer. Do I need to be? When I try the

sudo yum install xscreensaver-extras xscreensaver-gl-extras

I get

Code:

<username> is not a sudoer...

or something like that. Then I go to the root username and try

yum install xscreensaver-extras xscreensaver-gl-extras

It sends back

Setting up repositories

and then there is a line about a problem with base. What am I doing wrong. If you need more information I can get it for you, because I really want to get my screensavers working.

Easiest to download & install them manually if you haven't got the repos configured:
