VSFTPD with 500 oops :vsftpd: missing argv[0]

hi there!

ive been configuring vsftpd, i always got this error:

500 OOPS:vsftpd:missing argv[0]

i cant find my init.d in my /etc

how do i restart xinetd in slackware =)
