/lib/modules/2.4.20-6/CiscoVPN/cisco_ipsec was compiled for kernel version 2.4.20-8

Try running uname -a just to be sure.

Then make sure the /usr/src/linux is symmlinked properly (it can mess programs up) Then reinsall it and it'll rebuild the module. Make sure you have /lib/modules/2.4.20-8 present :P

This cisco vpn linux client can be a pain and be very picky. I'd suggest you actually upgrading your kernel to a version its supported by.

AFAIK you have to be a Cisco customer for it as it only works with Cisco gear, etc.
