volume control


i am using mandrke 10.0 +KDE.

i have totem and mplayer realplayer. and mpg123 player.

now my question is how to control the volume by a command mode?

i mean how to increase or decrease the volume by a command while i running the mplayer or totem??

help me .....thanks.

Mplayer / decrease * increase volume

Volume control under any given player can be adjusted by typing "aumix" in the terminal. Volume, as well as other periphreal levels can be adjusted using this.
