Angry vnc server problem


i just installed vnc server to my debain box, but the program won't run. everytime i try to run it, i get this error:
couldn't find "vncpasswd" on your PATH.

I havent tried to run VNC on my linux yet, but in windows, you have to set a password, or else anybody would have access to your computer :-)
to set your password, and then run the server.
