vmware error: running vmware-config-tools.pl
 

I got this error when running vmware-config-tools on opensuse 11
Linux 2.6.25.18-0.2-pae #1 SMP 2008-10-21 16:30:26 +0200.

X is running fine with the new config file.

FreeFontPath: FPE "/usr/share/fonts/misc:unscaled" refcount is 2, should be 1; fixing.
Checking acpi hot plug done
VMware Tools is installed, but it has not been
(correctly) configured for the running kernel.
To (re-)configure it, invoke the following command:
/usr/bin/vmware-config-tools.pl.

Unable to start services for VMware Tools

Execution aborted.

Have you definitely installed the kernel source package matching your installed kernel, and the kernel headers package (I believe)?
