VLC problem

Hi,

I am using 'VLC media player 0.8.6i Janus (wxWidgets interface)' in my (fedora 9) Linux box for watching DVDs. But VLC terminates itself after few minutes of running. Can some one help me with this?

If I am giving incomplete informations, Please let me know.

open a terminal in X, then run vlc from there. that way you may be able to get error messages. post them here.

Hi,

Thanks for the information. Given below is the error message I got:
