VirtualBox Issue - /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup - startup

Hello guys, trying to start my container that I setup using VirtualBox but the following happens.

I run the command stated and I get the following.
Code:
Stopping VirtualBox kernel modules [ OK ]
Uninstalling old VirtualBox DKMS kernel modules [ OK ]
Trying to register the VirtualBox kernel modules using DKMS[FAILED]
  (Failed, trying without DKMS)
Recompiling VirtualBox kernel modules                      [FAILED]
  (Look at /var/log/vbox-install.log to find out what went wrong)
Then I check the error log and see the following.
Quote:
Makefile:172: *** Error: unable to find the sources of your current Linux kernel. Specify KERN_DIR=<directory> and run Make again. Stop.
My grub file.
Quote:

You need to install the sources [kernel headers, actually] of your current Linux kernel.

yum install kernel-devel

[root@droid ~]# yum install kernel-devel
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
* addons: ftp.osuosl.org
* base: mirrors.liquidweb.com
* extras: yum.singlehop.com
* updates: yum.singlehop.com
Excluding Packages in global exclude list
Finished
Setting up Install Process
Package kernel-devel-2.6.18-238.19.1.el5.i686 already installed and latest version
Nothing to do
[root@droid ~]# cd /etc
[root@droid etc]# cd init.d
[root@droid init.d]# vboxdrv setup
-bash: vboxdrv: command not found
[root@droid init.d]# cd
[root@droid ~]# cd /etc
[root@droid etc]# init.d/vboxdrv setup
Stopping VirtualBox kernel modules [ OK ]
Uninstalling old VirtualBox DKMS kernel modules [ OK ]
Trying to register the VirtualBox kernel modules using DKMS[FAILED]
(Failed, trying without DKMS)
Recompiling VirtualBox kernel modules [FAILED]
(Look at /var/log/vbox-install.log to find out what went wrong)
[root@droid etc]#

It still fails.

Your running kernel (2.6.18-194.el5, I assume) does not match the headers you have installed (2.6.18-238.19.1.el5). Update your kernel, reboot, try again.

yum update kernel

Should I worry about the fail?

No, unless you want DKMS, in which case you should install it.

Did you get it resolved?

I'm having the same problem.

It will work with older kernels, but not with the newer kernels.

Yea, I got a little confused as to what I was replying to. I had a bunch of windows open and got some threads mixed up.
