What happens when you hold down the right-hand Ctrl key on your keyboard, and hit f?

Here ya go, for use with oracle virtualbox
Code:
#sets your clients to be able to be set at any Resolution

VBoxManage setextradata global GUI/MaxGuestResolution any

#sets your clients to be able to be set at user specified Resolution
"name of the client" " what size you want it to start up in"
VBoxManage setextradata "VBoxClientName" "GraphicsMode" "1366x768x32"
this is done in the terminal of course.
and for using your USB port in VBox Pleasure

If you are using the "scaled view," in which no VirtualBox menu bar is displayed, you can hit HOST--HOME to display the menu and select View-->Full Screen Mode. (HOST is normally the right CTRL key.) HOST-f is a keybinding to accomplish the same thing.

Otherwise, there should be a View item on the VirtualBox menu.
