Virtual machine & Akoyas Minimal X Linux & root passwort

Dear colleagues,

Akoyas Minimal X Linux runs in a virtual machine on my netbook.

So far, so good.

But: What is the root password?

I've tried root with 'Linux' - nothing.
I've tried tux with 'Linux' - nothing.

Can you help me?

may be it's sudo enabled system like ubuntu.
sudo passwd -u root and set the password you want.
