What have I to do to make my SLED 10 play videofiles?
I've surfed the Internet and found some instructions, but nothing helped. My previous distro was Debaian, it was much easier for me to make it work there, bit I have no idea what to do in SLED.
If there are some instructions, that can help me to solve the problem, please, give a link or post them here.
And if I have to download some packages, please, give links for download, because I tried to use some instructions, which I found in the Internet, but sometimes just couldn't find necessarry packages.

Can I use packages from OpenSuSE 10.0 for SLED 10, are the packages fully compatible? Can there be dependencies incompatibility?

i woudl recomend pakages for opensuse10.1 for sled... thease shoudl work, as sled 10 is based on 10.1

mabie reading the stickeys in the suse/novell fourum under distrobutions will help
