video


Ugghhhh I am not so good with the computer so I open a wmv and default is movie player.it is orange and blurry I dare not try anything that I do not know. Help Please

Hi Hardtime; Could you possibly give us some more information such as which distro and desktop you use, version numbers and any messages displayed. Also what codecs are being used.

WMV is a windows movie video format and needs a restricted codec to play. Could you possibly obtain the video in a different format?

If you are using Ubuntu, then go to

http://www.medibuntu.org/

and follow the instructions for enabling the repository and install the

Code:
non-free-codecs
meta-package.
